Re: Creon vs powdered enzymes
I had a Boston Terrier - non-EPI - and at the age of 14 after two strokes would not eat his regular food anymore. Like you I tried lots of things - at first he would eat canned food but then that went by the way side - I figured at his age after all he had been through as long as he was eating something it was better than nothing - so he got left over soups, hamburger, green beans, etc. So, as was already said, you are by no means a bad mom. Here's a link to our diet page regarding feeding raw or home cooked - my only suggestion would be to make sure anything you feed has enzymes and be sure there is no onion - not even onion salt or powder as onion can be very harmful dogs. https://epi4dogs.com/diet-raw-home-prepared-recipes/ . We have several members who home cook for their dogs - I tried it once but my boy is so sensitive to everything and at 100lbs - trying to feed him home cooked was way TOO expensive
Madelon, owned by DOC. DOC dx EPI 5/2015 = TLI < .4, B12 406; Folate >24. DOC taught me so much and together we battled and overcame EPI, food sensitivies, environmental allergies but we lost the cancer battle. DOC was dx with hemangiosarcoma 5/2022 and crossed the rainbow bridge July 24, 2022. He is and always will be the love of my life, my soulmate, my heart dog.

Thank you. Senior vitamin is a good idea.
