His poop has become a bit hit or miss but am persisting with the Tylan and TI. Poop volume is more than I would like and not super solid yet.
He has also amped up his separation anxiety at night to the point where he will not sleep unless I am in the room with him.... this dog is really testing my patience!

Neal they sure arevsent to try us

My Kai was very difficult, what turned him round was joining a group of dog walkers from behind them, and slowy getting nearer

Thse became his best friends, he never had an issue with dogs but the ownwes were too much for him, we took him to a training group,

Ofer time he mellowed, he was not allowed to sleep with us for a while, he was relegated to the bottom of the pack, and responded as long as he had his fluffy toy

In time he became wonderful, but would not let people touch me, so we had him in a house lead to steer him away

What is he like with the family
My name is Jean we live in Liverpool in Uk

Hello

I have a Thai dingo puppy I fostered at 4 weeks then adopted. She is now 1 year old, the first 6 months It was sloppy poos and ravenous appetite. We went through the treatments and she was diagnosed EPI. 6 months later after trying many things she is now on royal canin Low fat can food with introduction of some homemade food, probiotics, plant based enzymes and dried pancreas enzymes. Her weight is good no problem now. She has weekly b12 injections I try to see if we can get to 2 weeks but only managed that twice, I find that at 7:days she has a b12 meltdown I nickname that as she becomes aggressive at me on day 6 -7 and the other dogs. Is almost like she’s in a state that she’s not aware what’s shes doing.

She has tests to see her b12 and folate levels and they have improved but on the normal low side. I’ll continue with weekly for now.

Anyone else have these symptoms

Taking her tomorrow to have b12 and folate levels tested

Jean
Titan is kind of hit-or mostly miss with people other than me. He was fine as a puppy and then when my ex and I split up he became very bonded to me. He struggles to accept anyone else into our pack. His appointment with his new vet is this afternoon and I will see if they will consider some anti-depressants to stabilize his mood. The WonderLabs B12 supplements seems to really have evened him out a bit but his new issue is the night time separation anxiety.
I get the feeling that the True Instincts food might be a little low on fibre. I mixed it half and half with his remaining Wellborn and his poop improved consistency substantially. Either that or it's the new bag of fresh enzymes I opened that did that.
Once I get his B12 levels checked we will know what we are working with.

Hi Neal,
Glad to the B12 is helping. Separation anxiety is too bad. We have a 4 year old jack who has a tad of that . I use the VetriScience Composure bites or CBD drops if you can get those where you are.
Thanks for keeping us updated.

Glad the B12 is helping. Sorry but I don't have any advice for separation anxiety other than what I've heard works for others on other sites - CBD oils, playing music/leaving TV on - leaving a shirt that smells like you - a frozen kong stuffed with favorite treats.
Madelon, owned by DOC. DOC dx EPI 5/2015 = TLI < .4, B12 406; Folate >24. DOC taught me so much and together we battled and overcame EPI, food sensitivies, environmental allergies but we lost the cancer battle. DOC was dx with hemangiosarcoma 5/2022 and crossed the rainbow bridge July 24, 2022. He is and always will be the love of my life, my soulmate, my heart dog.
