California Fires / EPI dogs & cats

Post by Olesia711 » 30 Jul 2018, 23:19

Due to the devastating fires in California, Epi4Dogs (www.Epi4Dogs.com) & EnzymeDiane (https://enzymediane.com/) would like to reach out to those in dire need of enzymes for their EPI dog or cat. If you yourself or if you know of any Californians that may have lost everything or have been displaced due to the fires and need enzymes, please contact Olesia.Kennedy@gmail.com, Founder of Epi4Dogs with the following information:

Person’s Name
Devastated area that they are from
Dog or Cat’s name
Cell phone # and/or Email Address
Address to send the enzymes

We are not asking for monetary help with this at this time, as we think we have enough enzymes to handle any hardship cases due to the fire.

Thank You!

Just another example of why we are all blessed to have found this group. The generosity is above and beyond! Kudos!
Hi all, I'm Bill. Ace was diagnosed with EPI on 5/31/18. In January, 2018 he was at the vet for routine check-up and weighed in at 34 lbs. In May after fighting with weeks of poor poo, he weighed 24.6 lbs. On Saturday July 28th, Ace was diagnosed as diabetic.
2 meals per day. He receives 6 units Vetsulin injections twice daily with each meal.
1 cup Victor Multi pro with 1/2 cup ground chicken breast, 1/4 cup sweet potato, 1/4 fat free cottage cheese. 1/2 tsp Pantenex enzymes, incubated 20-30 minutes.

The Epi4Dogs family has the most generous, caring people and I'm so blessed to be a part of it. Praying for all of those dealing with this horrific tragedy.
Madelon, owned by DOC. DOC dx EPI 5/2015 = TLI < .4, B12 406; Folate >24. DOC taught me so much and together we battled and overcame EPI, food sensitivies, environmental allergies but we lost the cancer battle. DOC was dx with hemangiosarcoma 5/2022 and crossed the rainbow bridge July 24, 2022. He is and always will be the love of my life, my soulmate, my heart dog.

I am so glad for your awareness and generous response. I know that many people had to walk out of their houses with only the clothes they were wearing. So heartbreaking. Thank you, Olesia and Diane.

Once again I am humbled to be a part of this giving group!
Elisabeth

Riley is a 10 year old Labradoodle. She was diagnosed with EPI in 2014.
She currently eats Taste of the Wild, I cup in the morning, 2 cups in the evening, each meal with 1 Wonderlabs B12 sprinkled over her dinner. Enzymes are EnzymeDiane, 1 tsp per cup of food, mixed in home made bone broth. No other supplements or meds at this time.
Riley currently weighs about 44 pounds, which is pretty heavy for her.

What a lovely gesture.
Piper was 13 months old when she began having symptoms and diagnosed at 16 months of age. She had lost 21 lbs from Oct 2013 to Jan 2014 but gained it back very quickly once she began enzymes, B12 and Tylan. She would go on to develop Hypothyroidism, Cushings Disease, SLO, SARDS as well as chronic infections. Through it all, she was just the happiest dog and never met a stranger, everyone was her friend.

Piper crossed the Rainbow Bridge on April 20th, 2018 at just 5 years of age from other auto immune diseases. She will be forever missed, forever loved and her spirit will live on in our hearts and our home.

Thanks everyone.....The fires are beyond devastating and Epi4Dogs & EnzymeDiane can only guess at the many challenges these folks are now facing... if we can relieve them of one burden, enzymes for their dog, that they may have lost in the fire, we will gladly help out where we can.

The smoke from those fires has covered Northern Nevada, where I live, and it makes it so difficult to breathe.
California is my native state. I hate to see what's happening there!
