Hi and welcome to the group. If your pup is truly allergic to pork you can talk to Diane, the owner of EnzymeDiane about bovine enzymes. I will say that I have done both the saliva (NutriScan Food Sensitivity Test) and the blood allergy test and they had the same results and eliminating what he was shown to be sensitive to helped relieve his skin infections, etc.
The recommended starting dose for the enzymes is 1tsp per cup of kibble, mixed in a little luke warm water and then incubate 20-30 minutes before serving. I don't know if the B12 in the enzymes is enough to supplement. Most of us use WonderLabs Pet Factor B12 pills - they contain intrinsic factor which helps with absorption.
I remember how alone and desperate I felt when we were first diagnosed - then I found this group of amazing people who helped guide me through the process and we are all here to help do the same for you

Madelon, owned by DOC. DOC dx EPI 5/2015 = TLI < .4, B12 406; Folate >24. DOC taught me so much and together we battled and overcame EPI, food sensitivies, environmental allergies but we lost the cancer battle. DOC was dx with hemangiosarcoma 5/2022 and crossed the rainbow bridge July 24, 2022. He is and always will be the love of my life, my soulmate, my heart dog.

welcome from the UK
you have exactly what you want, advice, experiences, and support on every level
the biggest problem is accepting anything new, but it happens,
just keep a journal and be assured we have all been there

Re: New member, needs advice or moral support
Some people (like Madelon) have had some great success following what the allergy/sensitivity test indicate. In spite of what the veterinary community says......
Also, just because he tests positive for sensitivity to pork does not mean he won't tolerate the enzymes. Strange but true.
Madelon is right, EnzymeDiane has bovine enzymes. You could also try Creon as well if none of the others work for your pup. Creon is a capsule with enteric coated granules inside. It is actually a human medicine, and would require a prescription. Some dogs do very well on it.
Finding food can be a struggle, especially since he is intolerant to so many things. Try what you have for a while, but if you don't get optimal results, you may have to be on the hunt for another food. Many (if not most) EPI dogs do not tolerate rice very well. Grains decrease the effectiveness of the enzymes we give. But as someone else said to you in an earlier post, each dog is so different that yours may be one of the ones that tolerate rice ok. Only time and a careful log/journal will help you determine that.

Riley is a 10 year old Labradoodle. She was diagnosed with EPI in 2014.
She currently eats Taste of the Wild, I cup in the morning, 2 cups in the evening, each meal with 1 Wonderlabs B12 sprinkled over her dinner. Enzymes are EnzymeDiane, 1 tsp per cup of food, mixed in home made bone broth. No other supplements or meds at this time.
Riley currently weighs about 44 pounds, which is pretty heavy for her.

my girl is pork intolerant as per blood test, but tolerates porcine enzymes, why, I have no idea
but Creon is porcine, so that may not be the answer

Re: New member, needs advice or moral support
Thank you everyone for your help and support !!! It’s been two weeks now on the enzymes. His food ends up being a thick soup . His poos are consistently between a 3 and 4 on The Chart of Poo .... am I supposed to be happy with that? Should I expect him to be a 2 ever , or always even ???? Doing blood work next week to see if B 12 in enzymes is enough or if we need to further supplement. .....
