My chubby little Maltese & Wonderlabs label

Post by Tuckaboo Pam » 24 Mar 2021, 07:40

Obviously, this is totally off topic, but so many of you have multiple dogs, and I trust your advice, so-----My 9-year-old Maltese is a chunky monkey, who once in a blue moon finds someone else's dish & gobbles it down after her own meal. This doesn't happen often, at all, but it does speak to her voracious appetite. Normally, I am able to control her portion, but even so, she remains a little fatty. She needs to lose 2-3 pounds, and I am thinking of putting her on a low calorie food for seniors; I wonder if anyone has a suggestion?

Additionally, has Wonderlabs changed the picture on the bottle of B12 intrinsic factor? I'm ordering it now, and the label is different. And then there is one called Trinfac-B. I order from Amazon because shipping is free, but something has changed, so I went to the WL website & I see the same new label. Am I crazy? Thanks!!!!---Pam
Tucker was a shepherd mix--- TLI 1.3, Folate 9.7, Cobalamin 666, Lipase 38. Diane's Enzymes 4 t/day, B12 1 capsule/day, and Tylan 1/16 teaspoon/day. Taste of the Wild High Prairie, 4 c/day. 60 to 85 pounds! Tucker succumbed to hemangiosarcoma Nov. 2023. I will always, always miss my sweet big boy.

Now there's Nina. 5 year old GSD. TLI 1.0 B12 323. We are still tweaking her routine, and getting lots of help from the forum. She is klutzy and goofy, and we love her dearly, too.

There are two varieties of Trinfac, one for humans, one for animals, maybe you are looking at one you've not looked at before
My name is Jean we live in Liverpool in Uk

I am the Forum Director which I am very proud of

My Kara born 21 July 2009 diagnosed with EPI by cTLI test August 2010 TLI = <1...folate 14 Cobalamin 408, shot down to 94, b12 injections every other day

Lowest weight 39 pounds

We used Panzym enzymes, Tylan and Chemeyes b12 capsules

Sadly, on 10th May 2019, we lost her to DM

Yes. The Petfactor b12 has changed their label. It is the same product but it appears they have changed the label to be different from the human Trinfac-b.
