I would like to start feeding my 4 year old Shepherd raw food. His trainer recommended Answers pet food. It's a pre-made raw dog food. I purchased the turkey. Here are my questions:
1. For 1 cup of Raw (daily serving for his weight is 2 cups) how much enzymes would you recommend I put into the food. He is on Pantenex. I currently give him 1.5 tsp for 2 cups of kibble.
2. How do I incubate the enzymes. It is wet food so do I still need to put lukewarm water on it and let it sit for 25 minutes?
3. How fast can I start implementing the raw food? I know I need to slowly add it in, but how much would you recommend per week?
Thank you!

George was diagnosed with EPI in May of 2018. He eats 2 cups, twice a day of Purina Pro-Plan Lamb for Sensitive Skin and Stomach. He gets 1 tsp of Pantenex per meal and food is incubated for 30 mins. He also gets 2 B12 capsules with intrinsic factor from Wonderlabs and a probiotic.

Hi there, and welcome. I don't recognize your name, so that might mean you are new. So, I thought I'd just say hello, and let you know that someone with more experience with Pantenex will pop in and answer, so please check back.
And once again, welcome!---Pam & Tucker
And once again, welcome!---Pam & Tucker
Tucker was a shepherd/lab mix--- TLI 1.3, Folate 9.7, Cobalamin 666, Lipase 38. Took Diane's Enzymes 4 teaspoons/day, Wonderlabs B12 one capsule per day, and Tylan 1/16 teaspoon/ morning (to hold SID at bay). Taste of the Wild High Prairie, 1 1/2 cups/day, with a total of 4 cups of Fresh Pet. Stopped eating everything in sight, and went from 60 to 85 pounds! Tucker was my boyfriend, and my husband was OK with that. Tucker succumbed to hemangiosarcoma, but we cherished every day we had with that wonderful, beautiful boy. I will always, always miss my sweet big boy.

Jean, were we able to get George's parent & Faye in communication with each other? We used to email each other, so I'd be glad to reach out to her, if needed. ---Pam
