Re: POSSIBIITY OF NON RECORDING OF POSTS
thanks for letting me know of this issue.... is it just happening to UK folks... or do you know if it is more wide - spread?
Olesia, was owned by Izzy, a 35lb Spanish Water Dog (SWD), Diagnosed at 1.5 years old - TLI results 1.. Izzy passed away on February 13, 2020 at 15 years old. She lived with EPI for 13+1/2 years. It was because of Izzy that Epi4Dogs was started... she was the inspiration. May her legacy of helping others with EPI continue for as long as needed.........

Re: POSSIBIITY OF NON RECORDING OF POSTS
Hiya, if anyone can supply answers to any of the questions below this would help troubleshoot if it is a problem here or something more general.
- does it happen when you hit the submit button or before?
- Is it happening only during writing long posts or short ones too?
- only on a computer browser or mobile/cell phones too?
- when on a computer have you switched tabs or switched to another app (mail, Word etc) and then gone back to the post and then it’s gone? Or has it happened in a single window session?
- What browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari etc) and operating system (Mac/Windows) are you using?
Thanks
Craig

Re: POSSIBIITY OF NON RECORDING OF POSTS
OK, so that's looking pretty random
Last questions:
1. for those whose posts disappear BEFORE hitting submit what is happening? Does the page auto refresh or something similar? Exactly what are you doing when this happens
2. for those whose posts disappear BEFORE hitting submit do you get an error message (if so what?). Exactly what happens after you hit submit, what do you see?
