My Piper is 48lb and I give her 1/8tsp 2x a day for her SIBO. However looking at the chart I see there is a new dosing recommendation.
I am really bad at figuring this stuff out so how much would I give her twice a day?
While her stool is on the soft side her gas is bad and her belly is gurgling some.
Thank you

Re: Tylosin Help
I believe you are correct at the 1/8th tsp mark for a 48 lbs dog. It's good for a start dose; but you do need it long term, the maintenance dose could be lower.

This is good to know because I would have no clue how to measure otherwise. I do purchase the vegan capsules and fill myself. She is allergic to chicken and poultry so I need to get those.
