Raw pancreas has great results but it contains 10% fat I think .So she shouldn’t have much on the PLE diet. I truly hope you can get some food down her. Marti drove me to tears with my teaspoonfuls. Eventually I bought a tin of irresistible cheap smelly dog food which she accepted . Then I smuggled enzymes in . It wasn’t appropriate food but like you, I just wanted something inside her.
One thought is whether she has a sore throat or mouth ulcers ? Enzymes are very caustic and nasty smelling . That’s why human patients use Creon . Maybe????
Springer spaniel Marti had Epi, PLE , MMM just to confuse me. She lived till 12yrs, chubby and happy despite eight years of epi.
Capsule enzymes suited her best. B12 supplements made her into a new dog!
After a cocker with PLN kidney disease, I now have two healthy rescues, a lively, suicidal , small ginger terrier, adopted with pneumonia, and gum disease needing nearly all his teeth out, and a fluffy grey toy poodle/terrier from Greece.
