Indeed, people here are extremely helpful, taking time and attention out of their lives to help new people, it is no easy task! thank you very much everyone!

Dear Jean, may I ask you about the TLI test values range in the UK? our test result was done in the Netherlands lab, and their normal range is 15-50 ng/l not the same as US reference range cited on this page or TAMU cite. I was wondering if it's the same in the UK?
I am Anna, my German Shepherd Thor is 2 y.o. we live in Eastern Europe. The TLI result came back from the Netherland laboratory as 14.0 but their normal range is 15-50. I still give Creon 25000 with every meal, started Pet Factor B-12. He has diarrhea often and started Tylosin 1/4 tsp.

Thank you Jean for posting this and I too would like to thank everyone! Never before have I seen a group of complete strangers be willing to help and comfort each other. I remember when my Doc was first diagnosed how absolutely devastated and alone I felt until I found this amazing Forum.
Madelon, owned by DOC. DOC dx EPI 5/2015 = TLI < .4, B12 406; Folate >24. DOC taught me so much and together we battled and overcame EPI, food sensitivies, environmental allergies but we lost the cancer battle. DOC was dx with hemangiosarcoma 5/2022 and crossed the rainbow bridge July 24, 2022. He is and always will be the love of my life, my soulmate, my heart dog.
