Zypropan Company Not Responding

Post by Willoughby » 06 Aug 2022, 07:57

I've been following this group for ten years since my Westie was first diagnosed. It was through members here that I found the company I've used ever since for enzymes. Current brand name is Zypropan, the previous one was Fidogenx ZymeRx, and I forget what it started as. Despite the change in ownership, they always had great service with 2-day delivery. However, I place my most recent order in mid-July and it still hasn't shipped, they haven't responded to two "contact us" messages, and they have already charged my credit card.

I'm wondering (1) if anyone else has had a similar experience with Zypropan and (2) if they've gone bad, are there any recommendations for a new company I should try? I could go back to my vet, but I remember ten years ago the options they offered were way more expensive than the online options.

We've got maybe two weeks' supply left of our current canister so I'm starting to freak out a little bit. Thanks for any advice you may have!

Contact your credit card company to get your money back, we use PanTenex and never had an issue. https://www.pantenexdogenzymes.com/

or EnzymeDiane's 6x....
https://enzymediane.com/

look at the 6x products..... https://enzymediane.com/shop/ you can buy as much or as little as you need :)
I used her products for my Izzy for 14 years, excellent stuff, much less expensive and you can talk to Diane directly and get excellent customer service.

Or... feel free to go to our enzyme list.... and decide which other product you might want to try:
https://epi4dogs.com/enzyme-list/
Olesia, was owned by Izzy, a 35lb Spanish Water Dog (SWD), Diagnosed at 1.5 years old - TLI results 1.. Izzy passed away on February 13, 2020 at 15 years old. She lived with EPI for 13+1/2 years. It was because of Izzy that Epi4Dogs was started... she was the inspiration. May her legacy of helping others with EPI continue for as long as needed.........

We also used enzyme diane's 6X and later 8X for Kolby for 11 years. An excellent product and Diane is so helpful and easy to work with.

Team "Enzyme Diane", here! Great customer service, wonderful product.
Tucker was a shepherd/lab mix--- TLI 1.3, Folate 9.7, Cobalamin 666, Lipase 38. Took Diane's Enzymes 4 teaspoons/day, Wonderlabs B12 one capsule per day, and Tylan 1/16 teaspoon/ morning (to hold SID at bay). Taste of the Wild High Prairie, 1 1/2 cups/day, with a total of 4 cups of Fresh Pet. Stopped eating everything in sight, and went from 60 to 85 pounds! Tucker was my boyfriend, and my husband was OK with that. Tucker succumbed to hemangiosarcoma, but we cherished every day we had with that wonderful, beautiful boy. I will always, always miss my sweet big boy.

Yes, I was going to give them five more business days and then will contact my c/c company. I'll check out PanTenex. Thx.
