I have fed Millies to our part time dog and he loves it
My Kara had her first season at 11 months and EPI hit her at 14 months, we had scheduled her spay for September 2010 but she wasnt fit enough until Feb 2011 so I dont know how it affected her cycles but being in season is stressful and lasts ages, so it would be as well to have her spayed when you can but not yet
as to enzymes too much is potentially as problematic as too little so yes go up bit by bit
t-ry an extra meal of scrambled egg and mashed potato with enzymes Kara loved it

My Kara born 21 July 2009 diagnosed with EPI by cTLI test August 2010 TLI = <1...folate 14 Cobalamin 408, shot down to 94, b12 injections every other day
Lowest weight 39 pounds
We used Panzym enzymes, Tylan and Chemeyes b12 capsules
Sadly, on 10th May 2019, we lost her to DM
