Great templates!

I had a question about the 3rd method. I would love to use that log, however it says to email someone who already has access to it. Who has access to it? I'm not sure how to access if we have to know who to email.

Thanks for your help! Always looking for efficient ways to log my dog's food/poop and overall health! :)

My name is Michelle and I have a poodle/husky mix named Sawyer that I adopted last year. We live in Los Angeles. He is 5 years old and last May he was diagnosed with EPI. He is on Pancre Plus tablets, B12 and probiotics. He's doing well on a mix of cooked and kibble, though does get the occasional flare up. I'd love to use the log to help track changes, as I've been doing on my own already with a google sheet, but the 3rd template looks amazing with ability to do charts and such!

Thank you, he's a character :)

He is still a bit skinny so we are still working on weight gain.
He eats three times a day- 1.5 cups each time (mix of kibble/cooked). He is taken out 3 times a day and is fairly consistent in his bowel movements.

HI Michele,

Sawyer is absolutely PRECIOUS!!!!!!

SO that i do not give you incorrect information, i will reach out to Rich... he is an engineer and developed the amazing version #3 log.... and it can do so much, once set up... so i will contact him and ask him if he can help you directly to set it up.... i will let you know as soon as i hear back from him.... sometimes it takes a few days...........

Or... would you be okay with me sharing your email address with him so that he can contact you directly?
Olesia, was owned by Izzy, a 35lb Spanish Water Dog (SWD), Diagnosed at 1.5 years old - TLI results 1.. Izzy passed away on February 13, 2020 at 15 years old. She lived with EPI for 13+1/2 years. It was because of Izzy that Epi4Dogs was started... she was the inspiration. May her legacy of helping others with EPI continue for as long as needed.........
