Jeremy....hahaha... that i beat you to the explanation.

You hit the nail on the head... it is difficult finding foods without peas in them... so we have to do the best we can with what we have to work with.

Personally i am so disheartened with commercial dog foods, no matter how much you try to go with a quality dog food, you do your research, spend a lot of time and money... and still there can be issues that come out of left field *UGH*

................... SO.... i just took my meat grinder out of storage today and i will be once again, making 100% of my dog's food................ once i get the details ironed out- -to make it easy for the general public..... i will post about it on the forum and put a piece about it on this website ......................
Olesia, was owned by Izzy, a 35lb Spanish Water Dog (SWD), Diagnosed at 1.5 years old - TLI results 1.. Izzy passed away on February 13, 2020 at 15 years old. She lived with EPI for 13+1/2 years. It was because of Izzy that Epi4Dogs was started... she was the inspiration. May her legacy of helping others with EPI continue for as long as needed.........
