Epi4Dogs Foundation Inc.’s mission is the advancement of science and education relating to EPI (Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency), yielding useful insights and positive outcomes in better managing EPI in dogs and cats. Our goals are to support and/or collaborate with veterinary EPI research and researchers, and to promote EPI awareness by educating the general public, pet owners, pet organizations, rescue and shelter organizations, veterinary schools and veterinarians.

October 10, 2024 (revised from September 27, 2024) SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:

Hurricane MILTON and Hurricane HELENE devastation….. Epi4Dogs (https://epi4dogs.com/) would like to reach out to those who have been affected by these 2 natural disasters and are in dire need of enzymes for their EPI dog (or cat) due to loss from these Hurricanes. Please contact [email protected], Founder of Epi4Dogs Foundation Inc., with the following information:

Person’s Name
Devastated area that they are from
Dog or Cat’s name
Cell phone # and/or Email Address
Address to send the enzymes

Please feel free to cross-post this message with other canine EPI Facebook pages.
Olesia, was owned by Izzy, a 35lb Spanish Water Dog (SWD), Diagnosed at 1.5 years old - TLI results 1.. Izzy passed away on February 13, 2020 at 15 years old. She lived with EPI for 13+1/2 years. It was because of Izzy that Epi4Dogs was started... she was the inspiration. May her legacy of helping others with EPI continue for as long as needed.........

My name is Jill and we live on the Hood Canal in Washington State. We currently have 2 Jack russells, TJ is 8 and Sadie is 2.

Mickey and his pancreatitis brought me to Epi4dogs.com site in 2012 to help manage it.
He lived from 6/99 - 8/2014

Mickey, Jack Russell. Chronic Pancreatitis. Dianes enzymes, 1/8t 3x/day with meals.

You never know what is going to happen with some of these bad hurricanes and we want to try and help those in need. It is so disheartening watch your dog or cat suffer because their medications were destroyed...............

So sorry to hear about the devastation in NC from Helene. Please email me directly if there are specific items still needed. I will do what I can.

Dot is our day blind 4 1/3 year old half Idaho Shag half Australian Cattle Dog. She was diagnosed with EPI in late January 2024. After much help and guidance from Olesia and EPI4Dogs things continue to improve. We are forever grateful!

It's really sad to hear news like this. There are owners who have to leave their dogs and cats after the storms...I can't imagine if something like this happened to me.
