"Hello! We have been using PancreaPlus tablets since the beginning of our dogs' diagnosis (9 years and counting). We have found that 1 tablet per cup plus one for the bowl (so 3 tabs for 2 cups food) is a good starting point....however as dogs age they need more enzymes (whether tablet or powder) so our 12 year old dog is up to 5 tablets for a bit more than 2 cups of food. It is REALLY important to crush the tablets first, add a little water, stir, let sit for a few minutes (we are about 8 minutes) and serve. Hope this helps."
